Raymond "Ray" Millanaire is the brother of Dorothea Millanaire. In Dorothy's past life, he was killed by Dorothy herself, who stabbed him in a fight.

Ray is a male with short light hair and blue eyes. Ray has white skin, and is always happy, except from when Dorothy is yelling at him, or is being rude to him. Like his sister, he has no visible birthmarks, scars or impurities on his skin. Ray is also very protective of his younger sister.
